Little doubt there were several options in how to close the finale for Season 2, what we got a "dark" reflection of Season 1s conclusion, Tekkedan is officially destroyed, Ein and Gaelio overcomes there opponent, the status quo of Gjallahorn is actually over turned.
Some posters noted that all the cast that avoided the reaper near the end of season 1 had there lives finally snuffed out. Circumstantially, I don't think "Mika went down like a bitch" he was placed against impossible odds and reaped as many lives as Barbatos could lunge at, and at the very least Akihiro got his last laugh of vengeance. |
