Can't say I imagined the Vinsmokes to look so colorful, lol.
Though I'm concerned about the pacing for this arc. I mean, the manga's probably only halfway through it as of now. |

So each Vinsmoke had their own color theme?? I always assumed that they were all blonde like Sanji and here we got Power Rangers xD
More suprisingly the only two that match are Judge and Sanji. The visual is awesome I can't wait to see that part animated

Just to be clear, the colors aren't something strange that the anime came up with, here's the cover of manga volume 84.

The patriarch has a yellowish scheme, and Sanji is known as "Black Leg." So they got it covered. (And yes, it does seem like Sanji's family has a toku theme to it.)
Makes sense. Reiju is known as Poison Pink, Ichiji is known as Sparkling Red, Niji has Electric Blue, and Yonji has Winch Green. No clue what Sanji's nickname would've been, but there's the aforementioned "Black Leg" title. Roger's Base speculated that Judge's eyebrows, looking at the brief moments when his helmet is removed, has the same eyebrows as Sanji. (Whereas Reiju's, Ichiji's, Niji's, and Yonji's are flipped horizontally.) If this is true, Sanji has more physical things in common with his father than any of his siblings. |
