I want the white and orange one so bad, I pray it makes it outside of Japan. Not particularly optimistic since Nintendo hasn't been releasing most of the white systems that have come out in North America since the DS Lite days and they didn't include it at all in the English trailer. I would import it, but I don't think I can justify it after already importing a white new 3DS and a Pokémon green 2DS...

Wow another "DS Big". Of course I forgot what what the 2DS did. Oh I remember that it was a funny looking system with no Wi-Fi. I wonder if the new one will be the same thing basically as big as a "3DS Big" but no Wi-Fi.

Since I was never able to buy the Standard New 3DS, the New 2DS XL is the next best thing! Smile

For folks in Australia and New Zealand, the New 2DS XL gets its debut in those countries one month earlier than even Japan.

I don't really see the point personally, but I'm sure it'll appeal to some people. I was planning on buying a New 3DSXL at some point this year, and I'll probably still go with that version. I'd rather have a toggle-able 3D option than not have the choice in the first place.

And some people said the Nintendo 3DS is retiring...

Oh, looks like this version folds. That makes it a lot better for someone like me. Not sure if I'd want to get one though. My original 3DS is working just fine, albeit the rubber on the control stick got torn up and has fallen off.
