There is no way for regular contributors to add people of the same name. (And as a matter of guess, I believe the editors technically can't either. They add to the old entry and then split the new one out.)
Also, the encyclopedia considers O and Ō to be the same character, so if Takeshi Sendō existed, you couldn't add Takeshi Sendo. |
