Might also want to mention that she is holding the character Gema from Di Gi Charat.

Coincidentally (or intentionally, more likely), Yoshiko and Gema share the same birthday, July 13th.

The Gamers stores are owned by Broccoli, which are also the creators of Di Gi Charat. They adopted Gema into the being the store chain's mascot.

Yes, I am a big DGC fan I am aware.

But wait, Gema's overtaken Dejiko as the mascot? Poor Dejiko.

Pretty sure Dejiko is still the official face mascot, Gema is just one of the mascot characters of the same group:

Yeah, I was thinking that didn't sound right to me. Laughing

Dejiko, Puchiko, Usada, and Gema are all mascots for Gamers to an extent, but Dejiko is definitely still the main one and has been for almost 20 years now.

I just redownloaded School Idol Festival again, I had tried it out about two years ago but uninstalled it after a few weeks because I could not get used to its tight judgement since I was used to Show By Rock's loose judgement, but now that I've played more rhythm mobages since that aren't as loose as SB69 (Deresute and Bang Dream), I've downloaded it again today.

I'm excited to get the login UR featuring this Gamers collaboration, I'll be leading with it for quite a while after I get it.

What is it about this popular franchise that the supply and demand has this toy costing almost $117, even though many fans are willing to pay that?

$117 isn't much, I have figures that set me back $300 and then you have the fans who buy dolls of their favorite character which often goes past $700 and then there's the very rich who have $10-$25k life sized figures.
