Does anyone know if the re-ordered episodes cut and paste the Next Episode Previews to line up with the new order? Or does (for example) ep 62 have a preview for an episode that's now 7 episodes away?

Short answer: Yes.

I checked episode 62 and the both sides of the new episode 69 and they all show the upcoming episode that actually follows on the disk. I haven't checked the other changes but I would assume they corrected those as well.
