The premise actually sounds interesting for this. Could be a hit or a miss but I'm interested in it.

PV looks decent too.

Looks good so far, but so did Delta at first glance. I'll give it a few episodes. I'm just happy there's still mechs. Also, loli main girl is always nice.

Hidekazu Sato ? Yeah that just killed all my interest for the series. I'll just wait for the next Macross.

Not a fan of the designs and I'm not going to have high hopes for this project.

Trailer looks decent, but given the staff and Kawamori's involvement, I'm not hopeful. While I count many of his older shows among of my favorites, just about everything he's helmed withing the past decade has fallen into the "pretty mess" category for me. Hope I'm wrong about this one.

The character designs look great and the story has potential. The PV also looked good.

Fighting the B.R.A.Intelligence with M.O.E.Vehicles? Sounds rather different from what's being presented here. Razz

I like Kawamori, but the director and writer don't inspire confidence. The premise sounds like something I've probably seen elsewhere with different names/terms. And Kawamori's mecha design is way too safe at this point. That's basically a Nirvash.

I'm not feeling that staff at all, but I'm definitely down for a new Kawamori property. Hopefully they learned from Delta's mistakes.

Now come on, what other anime has a magical girl bursting into tears over a hamburger? Wink

I hope this works out, it's been a while since we've gotten a decent hard scifi anime series. Especially with a mecha! One can wait and see.

One thing that i am curious, is how they selling this? They need make money from this new franchise if it's successful. It going need some angle to sell. Such as model of using idol girls in Macross Delta to make money via music..

The generic anime premise and aesthetic underwhelmed me. Also, I do not love the awkward CG integration. I get that it’s difficult to find people to animate 2d mechanics but the 3d is just so jarring.

PV looked interesting, hopefully it'll get mecha anime going again and out of a rut, I just hope it turns out well and people don't make uninformed jokes about the series like they did with aquarion

I completly disagree with you. I think this 3D is good 3D.
