Finally some sort of Vento Aureo confirmation, but its through Shueisha & not David Productions. but what is interesting is (Class 41: Education and entertainment services, shows, sporting events, training) So maybe something good will come from this announcement. Class 28 is also interesting as it involves video games.

If you click on Shueisha, you see that they were producers for Parts 1-3 (though oddly enough apparently not Part 4). David Productions did the animation production for 1-4, which is different from being producers. So David Productions may still be tapped to animate Part 5!

It begins. Guess that Part 4 live action movie succeeded enough for Part 5 to happen. Wink

Vente Aureo has always been my hands-down favorite arc. I have been waiting for the announcements to start for a long time, and it looks like we can expect this project hopefully next year

Hoo boy.

I've always felt that this is the arc when Jojo really gets good.

And then along comes Stone Ocean where Araki basically decides take a piss on fans (as per usual).

True. But then Steel Ball Run happened and boy was that a wild ride. Some even consider that to be Araki’s best.

Heh, I was looking forward to something like this. I don't blame David Production though, as, if I recall correctly, they were working on Monster Hunter Stories in the meantime, which would've been a lucrative project to work on.
