Intriguing that the summary keeps the protagonist's gender ambiguous. Still, I hate dying girl tragedy/inspiration porn, and it already bothers me that the sick girl feels like she has to keep her disease a secret. It could rise above the tropes and be a really sweet story, but...
In any case, I'm glad Seven Seas licensed the novel and manga. They're on a roll! |

Honestly, the title sounds quite morbid or like a horror movie, despite me being aware of why the anime is called that.
