They said that it will be released soon. So it's probably soon [given the different fuser].

I know Kazuya Nomura has done some work with Studio 3Hz recently, but I'm still surprised to see him direct a show outside of Production I.G.

It's horribly ironic that the studio behind one of the best spy anime(Princess Principal) decided to bring the director behind one of the most boring spy anime I've ever seen(Joker Game). 
But then again, the director of the tonal mess of JSDF propaganda that was GATE was able to flawlessly adapt Land of the Lustrous into AOTY. So you never know.

People judge a director very hard for a single job. Sometimes a lot of people do not like a story, and by that, they judge the director as being incapable.
