Not sure if it's been reported here but both Kingdom and Tokyo ghoul have 35 million copies in print.

Also this was before the 13th volume had been released just by a day and vol 13 has sold another 130k in less than 3 days, it should be almost 200k by tommorow.

With those print numbers, the series is an overlord among some light novel series. So, the title lives up to its name a bit even in print.

Are these numbers for just Japan, or just the US or some other country(ies)? The reason I ask is that, as far as I know, Log Horizon vol 11 hasn't been published in the US yet and it is showing as the last novel in the series published so far.

For Japan. While it's not explicitly mentioned in the article, just looking at the Source column should make it pretty obvious...

Unless otherwise mentioned (like for the Naruto and Yotsuba&! numbers), it's Japan only. Usually the source will specify if its worldwide, otherwise it's just Japan. But thanks for the comment, we'll put in a disclaimer that mentions that in future articles like this.
