I was able to take care of all of this except for Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin (OAV) : CG Design for Naoki Yamamoto. If anyone has a screenshot of the kanji, that'd be really helpful. |

Found this from OVA 6 https://i.imgur.com/BRFsvJO.jpg I also found kanji (山本直輝) from OVA 3 on this site. I think the 山本直輝 under 3DCG in OVA 6 (first name in right column) is your guy. |

The actress Shioli Kutsuna has two entries in the encyclopedia: 120769 and 108979.
The official romanization of her personal name is Shioli. This can be seen on her talent agency's website, this English press kit and the credits of the English-language movies The Outsider and Deadpool 2. |

I. Debi Derryberry (person#1421) (real name) and Dee Dee Green (person#23328) (alias)
Dee Dee Green (credited when Plastic Cow, Inc. was in charge of US Production of Duel Masters, as seen here) is an alias Debi Derryberry would go on to use in many direct-to-video projects, most notably as Draculaura from Monster High. Derryberry’s role in Duel Masters was Rekuta, which she reciprocates. Also worth noting is Runt from the Alpha and Omega franchise: a role Derryberry has claimed playing on Twitter (character in collage) but was never credited for by her actual name. Instead, the distinctively Debi Derryberry-sounding Runt was credited to Dee Dee Greene (Alpha and Omega 3-4), Sue Swan (5), and Hunter Swan (6-present). Draculaura, meanwhile, has been credited to Dee Dee Green (July 2012), Dee Dee Greene (March 2013) and Sue Swan (October 2013-September 2015) between 2012 and 2015 despite having been credited to Derryberry prior to, during and since this period, as can be verified here. II. Christopher Smith (voice actor) (person#6261) (real name) and Chris Marlowe (person#123745) (alias) Smith confirmed his involvement on B-Daman Crossfire on Twitter. This is despite being credited for Dracyan (and Akira Saiga) as Chris Marlowe in ending credits (21:07) throughout the series. III. Marc Handler (person#3397) (correct spelling) and Mark Handler (person#12649) (incorrect spelling) The source for Mark seems to be just a spelling error. Marc’s official website, meanwhile, includes mention of him being a writer for Astro Boy. IV. Michael Reynolds (person#4829) (main name), Mike L. Reynolds (person#14745) (variant) and Mike L Reynolds (person#73772) (no dot variant) “Mike L. Reynolds” was how Michael was credited for the ending cast credits of Transformers: Robots in Disguise (listed in credits for Railspike) and the end credits for Cowboy Bebop: The Movie (for Colonel). Despite the former production coming out earlier, Mike L. Reynolds was clearly added for the latter production, given person#14744 and person#14746. V. Chikao Ohtsuka (person#2171) (correct romanization) and Chikao Ohstuka (person#71967) (incorrect romanization) Not much else I can say here. VI. Tifanie Christun (person#7809) (main name) and Chris Chaney (person#17426) (alias) Christun (daughter of Ray Lenhart and Cheryl Saban and stepdaughter of Haim Saban) is married to musician Chris Chaney of Jane’s Addiction. They got married circa 1998, as per her profile on the website for her mother’s foundation. As such, she used her husband’s name for Speed Racer X (her voice for Trixie is not unlike that of Dorie Dutton’s from Transformers: Robots in Disguise). To put this in perspective, Speed is credited to David Lelyveld and Pops is credited to Jackson Daniels despite Joshua Seth and Michele [sic] Ruff using their regular names for Sparky and Mom. VII. Dave Guerrie (person#11965) (main name) and Dave ‘Chewie’ Guerrie (person#94837) (variant) Chewie is Guerrie’s nickname. He was credited as Dave “Chewie” Guerrie from Adventure through Tamers for his Post Production Coordinator role, not just the movie. VIII. Richard Stephen Horvitz (person#26732) (full name), Richard Horvitz (person#39809) (variant), and Steven Richard Horvitz (person#47202) (misordered name) Though Richard Horvitz is how he is usually credited (including in Zatch Bell), he has used his full name on occasion. For instance, his reprisal of Invader Zim for 2011 video game Nicktoons MLB. Similarly, he is credited in Pom Poko under Additional Voices as Richard S. Horvitz, as can be seen by clicking the checkmarks and checking the screenshots here. IX. Grey Griffin (person#148757) (main name) and Grey Deslisle (person#18402) (misspelling) Deslisle is one of the misspelled variants of Grey DeLisle(-Griffin)’s name, one such sighting being from the end credits of the video game adaptation of the 2005 Fantastic Four movie. Her name was spelled regularly for the Vitello dub of Shin Chan, however, specifically depicited as “Grey Delisle”). X. Cheryl Pollak (person#158137) (correct spelling) and Cheryl Pollack (person#66623) (misspelling) As seen in Shin Chan's ending credits (0:09). XI. Caitlyn Elizabeth (person#172838) (stage name/first and middle name) and Caitlyn Muncy (person#158751) (first and last name) Caitlyn herself prefers it this way. Little Witch Academia, her debut, was the exception, as the later added roles demonstrate. XII. J. Paul Slavens (person#73269) (with dot) and J Paul Slavens (person#55285) (without dot) Difference of a dot. XIII. Robert Ashker Kraft (person#104430) (full/main name) and Robert Kraft (person#10283) (variant) As seen on his official website. The site’s home page refers to him as “Robert A. Kraft” while the site copyright is “Robert Kraft” (which he also uses for his Voice123 and Voices.com profiles) XIV. Charles Campbell (person#356) (real name), Winston Parish (person#40737) (alias), Klaus Vaux (person#64528) (alias), and Clint Campbell (person#11030) (alias) The demo reel from his YouTube account includes Dr. Hamilcar Barcas in Guyver: The Biobooster Armor (1:21) (credited to Klaus Vaux in ending credits) and Leader X in Gatchaman (3:16) (credited to Winston Parish). His personal Facebook (accessible from the directormancharlie page) also indicates that “Clint” is another name Charlie goes by (as found in the “About” section). Curiously enough, his (self-made) Voice123 page seems to have taken its info from the corresponding pages on CrystalAcids, listing his separately grouped roles in the order of those under 1) Charles Campbell, 2) Klaus Vaux, 3) Clint Campbell, and 4) Winston Parish. The list on Voice123, however, is noticeably outdated, missing stuff as recent as Jing: King of Bandits - Seventh Heaven (2007) as well as from Kiba (2008) to Dragon Ball Z Kai (2010), suggesting he’s confirmed being all of these names on official profiles for roughly a decade now. Also of note is that the aforementioned demo reel (September 2011) predates both the Sentai dub of the Gatchaman OVA (October 2013) and the cast announcement for Gatchaman: The Movie (October 2015). Sebastien-François Redding (person#26886)
Sébastien Redding (person#76001) He typically doesn't use "Francois," as evidenced by his union profile. |

The pages for the person at Anime@wiki, Toho, Movie Walker, allcinema and eiga.com show that Masaru KARUBE (#33554), Suguru KARUBE (#59526) and Yū KARUBE (#176950) are all one and the same person.
The pages at Movie Walker and Toho both testify that the reading of the person's given name is neither Masaru nor Suguru but Yū. |

Got something.
William Morgan SHEPPARD (person#66220) and Bill MORGAN (person#5060) The IMDB page (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0792003/) mentions that he's sometime credited as Bill Morgan. |

Si Man WEI (person#142062) (correct)
Wiseman (person#168665) (incorrect, poor English transliteration of a Japanese transliteration of a Chinese name) The original name is Wei Si Man (魏 斯曼), and some articles later attribute the name as "Waisuman", and then "Wiseman", the latter two of which are incorrect due to the original name being Chinese. One staff credit for "Wiseman", Domestic Girlfriend, has a Japanese source credit it as the correct Chinese name "魏 斯曼", therefore Wiseman is incorrect. |

A followup on this. I found more evidence to show that Bill Morgan is an alias used by William Sheppard. https://www.retroist.com/2019/01/07/w-morgan-sheppard-an-appreciation/ |

Wakanim.tv (company#9103) and Wakanim SAS (company#16522) are the same company. Wakanim SAS is the legal name of the company, so it should be merged into Wakanim.tv, however, renaming both to simply Wakanim might be more appropriate.
