I don't think it is an MHA one-shot, it is just done by a former assistant of Horikoshi, who also has done special one-shot for the MHA movie and did light-hearted 4koma MHA Spin-Off pages when Horikoshi couldn't fill all pages in Jump.
She also had her own series "Saguri-san Tankentai" in Jump+, but it ended recently.

We apologize for any confusion here. The MHA 1-shot was something Akiyama drew back in July in connection with the MHA film: http://4NN.cx/.134565
We merely highlighted it in parenthesis to let readers know what else the author has done. That said, I added in some wording to clarify that, as well as a link to that article linked above in the article itself to clarify things.

If Yabuki gonna make it yuri, and maybe even beyond one-shot (and better not in WSJ for a reason), the universe gonna explode itself.

The image itself does not look like yuri, because yuri is not any "two girls near". However, in the context of the fact that it should symbolize a romantic comedy called "Leo x Leo", it is quite likely that it could be yuri. However, yuri rarely appears in shonen demographics, so don’t hope for much. Last year, many also thought that the Bleach's author would write yuri, because his drawing had two girls.
