I enjoyed this series.

It was cute and not as scary and serious compared to L & L but I enjoyed it.

I found it memorable for taking the usual yuri subtext and making it text (ish). That's become less of a rarity in recent years, though.

Well, yuri is quite popular, so why not. Moreover, it was an original project, so the scriptwriters were free in their ideas. My experience suggests that the most non-tag yuri happens in the original projects.
