You can send feedback/suggestions on the Manga Plus app/website (its in settings on the app). Do what I've been doing and suggest they release it.

He got caught with child porn. That arc is nvr coming over with official translations because of this. Viz wont bring it over i believe they previously stated as much.

I bet they will release it at some point. It makes sense that they held off on releasing it while the news was fresh, but I doubt they let their investment just waste away. RK is getting new movies too which I expect to make their way over, and as long as it gets new content to remind people it exists, people will keep coming back to ask for them to release the manga. It is a popular franchise.

At this point, their best bet is to release it straight to physical volumes at some point. And then, if they offer it digitally as well, only offer it as volumes, not as a part of the SJ subscription. That way, people that want it can still purchase it, and people that want nothing to do with it anymore don't have to feel like their money is going to it because it won't be available unless they specifically buy it intentionally.
That seems like the best compromise at this point.

Statement? Could you elaborate on this? I heard about the pedophile scandal with the author of Kenshin, but I know nothig about this.

Pretty much; people are more concerned with their entertainment than empathy for others. Considering what Watsuki did, I am completely fine with his works never coming out over here.

I'm pretty sure Watsuki apologized too. He also got convicted and sentenced. So yeah, not a free pass. He literally paid for it.
