It depends on whom he would pull a gun. If he pulls a gun on cops, he's almost surely dead. If he pulls a gun on a convenience store clerk, it depends on the store. If it's a chain store, most clerks are not armed. That's an insurance and franchise policy thing, although some clerks are willing to violate store policy, because it's their lives on the line. If it's a mom-and-pop store, his chances of meeting armed resistance are higher. A real Walther P38 is a fairly rare item, even among collectors, not that Japanese convenience store clerks are going to know that. |

Because nothing honors Lupin III quite like committing real life robberies with a toy Walther P-38.
If this guy is the actual perp, he's going to the slammer. I honor Lupin III too every now and then but you don't see me holding up 7-11s.
