For starters it was not even 1 hour between when you sent a PM (to me anyways) and posted this. You need to show a little patience. We all work full time jobs so we do not check the forums every 5 minutes. I would also point out PM'ing a moderator is not the same as messaging an admin.
As for your actual question, I cannot tell you that. There are security features in place to prevent harassing PM's and spam PM's to users. I am not going to divulge the specifics of them. That would defeat their purpose. Once certain parameters are met PM's become available to new users. If you want to discuss something with the author of a specific review or article you can always post in that actual article discussion regarding it. |

I apologize, it was a different moderator/admin which I sent a PM to a day ago which I referred to. I'm not fond of the strict security and disclosure of time limits for these things, so I appreciate you letting me know in regards to that. I'll just wait since I highly doubt the user will respond to his 5-year-old thread.
