So, it's been years and this anime still has not been found. I watched the heavily adapted movie using clips from the anime that was dubbed over, but I've never seen the actual anime since I don't live in Japan. However, I found on a site that there was supposedly a VHS(?) made of this? But I can't find my evidence of this.
Anyone know more? All we have of this anime is this: spoiler[https://youtu.be/qEBf6JhnWW8] Which is the opening theme. Here's the website I was talking about earlier: https://detail.chiebukuro.yahoo.co.jp/qa/question_detail/q108280985 |

The anime in question is Space Oz no Bōken TV anime series, which was broadcast on TV Tokyo in 1992-93. According to the Japanese Wikipedia article on Space Oz no Bōken, a truncated English-dubbed version (76 minutes) was released on DVD under the title of The Wonderful Galaxy of Oz. The English wikipedia, too, has an article about the anime. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wonderful_Galaxy_of_Oz On the Q&A site which you have mentioned, the answerer has said that the original Space Oz no Bōken anime seems to have been released on videocassette in 1993 but they are out of print. |

Alrighty. I've exhausted all my options. Need your guys' expert help on this one. I saw a YouTube video of an anime clip from what I believe was a rather recent anime series (has to be within the year at most) but it has since disappeared and I have no idea what the source was.
It was a fantasy/sci-fi or magic series and the scene was taking place in a cave or ruin or installation of some kind. In order to let the protagonist escape, one girl (with blue hair?) stayed back and faced an enemy by herself. I think the enemy had the power to control wind like knives or a whip and the scene was rather dramatic and sad that the protagonist failed to save this girl. This might have been a death scene, though I can't say for certain. If I'm not mistaken, from the context in the scene the protagonist might also have had the ability to travel through time. I apologize for the vague description. |

Hi everybody. I know it's been a while since I posted anything here, but I didn't know where else to put this. While browsing Tumblr, I stumbled upon this medley of anime theme songs I really liked. It's called "Anime Whiplash". I'll put a link right here so you can listen to it yourselves:
https://missthesnow1533.tumblr.com/post/184052553301/my-remaining-two-braincells-teamed-up-to-make-this So there it is. I thought I'd make a playlist of all the songs, but the problem is that I don't recognize all of them, and there are a few songs I do know that aren't listed in the tags. Can you help me identify all the songs? Thanks! Here's what I've got so far. 1. "A Cruel Angel's Thesis" Neon Genesis Evangelion 2. "Pre-Parade" Toradora 3. "Mission! Ken Kou Dai Ichi" Cells at Work 4. "Tank!" Cowboy Bebop 5. "Goya no Machiawase" Noragami 6. "The World" Death Note 7. "Motteke! Sailor Fuku" Lucky Star 8. "Hyadain no Kakakata Kataomoi" Nichijou 9. "The Hero! Okoreru Kobushi ni Hi wo Tsukero" One Punch Man 10. "found & lost" Banana Fish 11. "oath sign" Fate Zero 12. "Kuusou Mesorogiwi" Future Diary 13. "99" Mob Psycho 100 14. "Kyoumen no Nami" Land of the Lustrous 15. "Kyouran Hey Kids!!" Noragami Aragoto 16. "History Maker" Yuri on Ice 17. "Unravel" Tokyo Ghoul 18. "My Soul, Your Beats" Angel Beats 19. ??? (DN Angel?? Probably??) 20. "Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni" Higurashi: When they Cry 21. "Sidonia" Knights of Sidonia 22. "God Only Knows" The World God Only Knows 23. "White Destiny" Pretear 24. ??? 25. "Trigger" Terror in Resonance 26. "Uragiri No Yuuyake" Durarara 27. "Resonance" Soul Eater 28. "99.9" Mob Psycho 100 II 29. "Sakura Kiss" Ouran High School Host Club 30. "abnormalize" Psycho Pass 31. "Guren No Yumiya" Attack on Titan 32. "Inner Sound and Book's Narrative" Skull-face Bookseller Honda-san 33. "crossing field" Sword Art Online 34. "X.U." Seraph of the End 35. Tail End of "Tank!". So there's only two songs missing here, and I'd really appreciate it if someone could name them. Thanks! |

Hey everyone this is my first time posting on this website and I was wondering if I can get some help.
So there is an anime I watched when I was younger it was in dvd and what I can remember about it was (my memory is probably off so it’s not exact) I believe they were two brothers and they lost each other and one lived in a castle or something and they were test tubes of people or something like I said I don’t remember much hopefully someone can help me find it. Some extra info I believe they arrived in a New world I think when they first arrived it was in a forest I think one of them turned evil but not sure |

Could it be Jyu-Oh-Sei? A lot of things fit, but some don't, like them getting separated and one turning evil. The castle would be a space station in this. |

I just watched Your Name and it reminded me of this anime trailer. However, I cannot remember the name of the anime movie. The trailier goes like this:
It's about a boy and a girl studying for the same college entrance exam. They live in two different regions of Japan and attend an online/mail in college preparatory course. The boy lives in a city/urban area like Tokyo while the girl is from a more rural area. One of the college prep course teachers notices that they both make the same mistakes all the time. They also learn at the same pace. The teacher says they're a perfect match and then shows how they live their lives almost very similarly as well. Does anyone know the name of this anime? If yes, where can you watch it? Thanks! |

Maybe that is 'Crossroad' (2014), a short anime film directed by Shinkai Makoto. It is a commercial film for Z-kai, a Japanese company which does correspondence education. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfbNS_GKhPw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LuZrMBdsnsY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ImiNUroz44 https://www.zkai.co.jp/home/cm/crossroad/ |

It's a pleasure. The 120-second version is the longest version of 'Crossroad'. Enterbrain published a novel based on 'Crossroad' in 2014. |

Hey there! Its my first time posting here, so please forgive me if I've done something wrong! Any way, here's my problem:
While browsing through pinterest I came across a picture of an anime girl and can't seem to find the source. At first I thought it might be Granblue Fantasy, but no such luck. If anyone could give me a character name I would be very grateful! Character in question: |
