Looks cliche and so desperate. Seems that nowadays mangas and animes are apparently, running out of ideas and they had to repeat and reused same stories and cliches all over again.

Even as someone with stupid fetishes, it doesn't really make me happy to see them in a mainstream work? Like are those breast sizes going to become commonplace? It's fine for porn, but does porn win manga awards and air on five channels? Of course porn-we-can-sell-to-teens has been an anime thing for forever but it really feels like they're pushing the limits of boundaries when I see full-on hyper breast kink.

Of all the manga out there begging to be adapted, for this one to be.....jaw hits the ground. But I will say, it actually looks better then the manga.

People are so negative in regards to this anime... like come on.. there are worst plots and more fanservice in other animes that i've seen.... |

I don't think many people here quite understand what kind of anime this is going to be, and I think this trailer is also easy to misunderstand due to the bait-and-switch it opens with by dramatizing Stunk and Zel's meeting with Crim.
This anime is literally about a group of dudes who hang out at a tavern and decide to go visit brothels of various species, and then each person in their group writes a review of their experience. The group usually consists of 4 people: Stunk, Zel, Crim, and a fourth person among a crew of rotating side-characters. Each brothel visit has some kind of shenanigans or funny twist to its premise, and each character can often have completely different perceptions of the place, which makes this series very funny and interesting. As a fan of adult manga and anime, it's one of the most amazing comedies I've ever read, and I think a lot of people might find it amusing if they like its dirty, sexual style of humor. I'm curious how the anime will handle the review portion specifically, which is always the highlight conclusion to each chapter in the manga. In the manga, it's one page dedicated to depicting the actual review sheet posted in the tavern for the readers to read as well. I think the anime could make them more visually interesting by having them narrated or something, potentially. It's the highlight of this work, so I hope they find a good format to make them work. |

I won't deny that the premise of the show being about a group that reviews monster girl prostitutes in the red light district sounds more like a hentai than a TV show but I thought the trailer was funny. This show might be even more sleazy than The Testament of Sister New Devil but the trailer seems to have a good sense of humor. It has been reported that the show will have a "secret" version that will be available on a few streaming platforms.

That's actually an original premise especially for the fantasy genre where it's mostly cookie cutter plots and ideas. It reminds me little of porn reviews. I really want to see how this turns out. |

I'd compare the comedy in this to the likes of anime like Seitokai Yakuindomo or Shimoneta except with a lot more fanservice and a fantasy setting. I would have rather seen Plus-Sized Elf be the next fantasy-comedy thing to get adapted but this will do for now.

Agreed. And the fact it likely does look better visually than the manga just blows me away, because my first thought was, "this looks shoddy af." Hard pass but I guess props for being trash upfront? |

I'm curious to see how this gets adapted. The manga seems like it would be well suited for shorts, but this appears to be full length. I guess they'll greatly expand on the review process...

Seeing how the Fall 2018 Manga Guide gave it very low scores and said it basically sucked (even had a picture of some hyena girl that looked like it was from an adult furry artwork book), I'm passing this one up. Plus a story about prostitutes ain't interesting to me, only perverted otaku would like this.
