I have seen some erotica anime in Encyclopedia, so it's allowed. Why is not it in encyclopedia. I could not find Mesu Saga: Persona, either. D-Spray too

I don't think there is a specific reason for an anime not being included in the database. Both Mesu Saga and D-Spray can be seen in the list of anime awaiting approval:
animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/new-anime.php?approve=1888506251

If you want an anime to be added, you can submit it yourself through this link:
animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/addinfo.php?infotype_id=1&language=EN
