I'm still surprised neither of these anime have been licensed or dubbed yet.

Well, technically doesn't streaming rights count as licensing?

They;'ve been licensed for streaming, but... yeah. Considering how much acclaim both series got (A Place Further Than the Universe even got picked by the NYT as one of the best shows of 2019), you'd have expected them to get some kind of release besides streaming.

Ah yes, the anime that highly popular, have good reception from fans, and received best anime on NYT, Crunchyroll sat, ignored and not getting an english dub at all. and Eizouken get the best anime of 2020 on NYT and even still not getting an english dub yet. and a Plce further than Universe get a german dub before english.

If this two anime get an english dub the cast could be something like this

A Place Further than Universe

1.Mari Tamaki : Lizzie Freeman
2.Shirase Kobuchizawa : Cristina vee or Suzie yeung
3.Hinata Miyake : Cassandra lee morris
4.Yuzuki Shiraishi :Jeannie Tirado or Brianna knickerbocker
5.Megumi Takahashi - Melissa Fahn

Laid Back Camp ( Yuru Camp )

1. Kagamihara Nadeshiko : Reba Burh
2. Shima Rin : Lizzie Freeman, Ryan Bartley, or Brianna knickerbocker
3. Inuyama Aoi : Kayli Mills
4. Ogaki Chiaki : Sarah Anne Williams
5. Satou Ena : Erica Lindbeck
6. Narrator/ Shima Rin Grandfather : Richard Epcar

I wish Crunchyroll can go back and dub this anime already

Hopefully Sentai will be able to release them on BD. Or perhaps their new owners (Funimation) will do it.

So, within 24 hours of the initial ANN story that first announced Yorimoi we got a follow-up article of sorts saying that Crunchyroll got it. That is the quickest turn-around time I have seen between a show being announced and it getting licensed. Seriously, why it has not gotten an Eng. dub yet is beyond me.
