I know what you mean. I preordered all the NISA box sets from back in the day. I like the package and extra, and most important, they were affordable. Also, the series they licensed were not main stream which helped me discover some hidden gems. The good ol’ days.

I didn't get every single release, but certainly got the lion's share. Yeah, whomever was picking the titles had (mostly) great taste. I know the oversized packages drove some people crazy, but I loved them and was disappointed when they moved away from that format near the end (I know the NISA anime arm isn't "officially" dead, but for all intents and purposes, it is).
