Good for them,

Atleast they aren't rushing out this one.

S 3 art was dog shit. Atleast the art in this one looks good enough.

And, It looks like many companies overestimated their work forces in these season. I can remember atleast 6 different titles delays which went from summer to fall OR from 2021 to 2022.
Producers really need to see the ground zero situations.

I thought it was an improvement over S2.

Well, I don't exactly remember the distinction in between seasons. But
1. I remember S1 art ( not animation) being pretty good for it's time.
2. And, S3 art being a bit disappointing for it's time. It's just didn't lived up to it's previous seasons.
3. Date a Bullet's Art was pretty good. So, The production committie did ditch S3 staff for bullet staff.

Yeah I'm glad they ditched JC Staff (S3's studio) As the art is a lot better for this coming season

I wished this show would just pick a studio and stick with them.

Well JC can put out decent stuff if they focus their effort on that one anime. IIRC, JC were doing a lot of other anime as well as DAL S3 so I think it’s fair to say that DAL got the short end of the stick in terms of budget and production value.

I was getting kind of worried when we hadn't seen a PV yet, but I'd prefer a delay if it means a better and less strenuous production.

The visuals and character designs look pretty good here, although Shidou looks like more of a Bishonen than ever.

Miku and the Yamai Twins' scene makes me wonder if we're getting a "Harem Meeting."

The nun girl Spirit looks interesting. Instead of being naked after a kiss it looks like her Spirit transformation shows her off in her underwear before her Astral Dress pops up. And she's a maid or cosplayer?

And then we have the 2nd Spirit at the end.

This and Fantasia Sango delayed; both by GEEK TOYS. Either they realized they took on too much with two shows next season, and/or (purely speculating here) they were one of the COVID-impacted studios alluded to in a previous article. Or it could just be some other reason.
