Some CC2 have that feeling of monotonous. While .hack/GU was fun, the playthrough was repeating the same pattern of leaving the World, being invited by a player, go back, do it again for several times. Naruto's games were surprisingly more interesting as they sometimes switched between hack and slash segments and typical 3d arena fights (especially the boss fights). Looking forward to enjoying this. Still, both Naruto and Hack GU had a really big open world to make some sidequests to expand the length.

I want to play this but 30FPS in an action game on PC is a big yikes. Apparently it's getting a 60FPS patch at some unspecified point in the future but that just makes me wonder why it wasn't in to begin with if it's a patchable issue.
