This is a fun pair of short movies! I've already got the Discotek blu-ray, so unless GKIDS does something new, I don't think I'll have any reason to double-dip. I'll be interested in catching it in theaters though!

I hope they keep sifting through those back catalogs for Takahata and Miyazaki. Getting Future Boy Conan after all these years lit a tiny flame of hope that we might actually get Heidi or Anne of Green Gables one day.

Same here. Those two WMT series are definitely favorites from the era.
