That “Ya ya ya ya ya” hit me so hard and took me back 25 years in an instant.
Sad to see that they are using AI though. Probably not so bad if it is used only for mundane development tasks rather than creative ones, but it's going to be more common unfortunately.

Same. And if enough people feel the same way we do and they decide not to buy the game, Sega will go, "Welp, I guess this means people didn't want a new Crazy Taxi after all. Let's never make another one!" And I'll go, "No, you dumbasses! We wanted a new Crazy Taxi. But not like this, man. Not like this.
The OGs on the Dreamcast are still good, at least.

Basically, especially since they're now doing a different explanation today that makes even less sense. These guys are just trying to move the window and it's slimy as hell

If Generative AI existed like it did today they would absolutely gotten in on the ground floor.

AI or not it looks good. If this is what AI is capable of now then damn, bring it on I guess. Revive all the dead franchises if AI is what gives them to us. How about Evolution next.

Yeah even if we were to forget the AI stuff and their embarrassing degree of flip-flopping and half statements over the last couple days, the game just looks bad. They took the crazy out of Crazy Taxi

This was one of the highlights of the showcase for me. I screamed when the trailer started. Really glad to see a new Crazy Taxi after all these years.
