That's AWESOME. This is the first time in history a novel has celebrated it's 1000 year anniversary. Razz The animations looks pretty good too. I will definitely watch this.

So is it a yaoi/yuri interpretation of the novel? I wonder how it stacks up against the movie from CPM. [Suggestion on a future Buried Treasure for Justin, btw. Wink ]

Dang, I already predicted the show would turn into a heaven of yaoi fangirls after seeing the cast list, featuring Takahiro Sakurai as Hikaru Genji and Tomokazu Sugita as Tō no Chūjō, respectively. Now seeing the character design in the trailer only reassures my belief. Mr. Green

More like buried garbage, actually Confused I thought the movie was pretty ridiculous, and that's coming from someone who's a pretty big fan of the original story. The version CMP put out here made Genji seem like a big drug trip, really.
