I think if a less comedic light novel or manga were made from Watchmen manga fans the world over will prolly be jumpin' for joy. Myself among them.

I haven't watched the Watchman movie yet (no pun intened), but I've seen the trailers and I don't remember ever seeing a bear though.
But bears are common in Japan, so most likely its a japanese reference to something. The smiley face pin on his jacket reminds me of Iressponsible Captain Taylor though. |

That one is all Watchmen, circa 1986.
As... cute as it may be, I wouldn't touch it unless Alan Moore gave it the OK. Then again I went to see the movie which he'll have nothing to do with... but no. No more Watchmen comics, spinoff or whatever. Doujinshi I'll look at though.

Yeah that bear is pretty weak without the mask although now I have a mental image of a blue glowing bear in my mind now.....

Now I'm trying to imagine what bear genitalia look like, and I'm discovering that I have no clue. No people, I don't want pictures. I'll leave the job to my imagination. |
