Not sure if true but their Index shows Yoku Wakaru Gendai Mahou aswell. (http://www.crunchyroll.com/library/IndexByPublisher)
You also fail to mention the availability of TMS series that were already on YouTube but are now avaliable on CR. |

Oh good, I was wondering when CR was going to get some new shows and I was already planning to check out Aoi Hana in the first place.

Nice; I've been looking forward to Aoi Hana. I'm a little surprised it was picked up for simulcasting since it's shoujo-ai though.

They don't seem to be making as much of an event out of broadcasting new series at CR as they did last season..... yet.

Probably because AX is this week and they would like to announce all titles together.

Yeah, I figured they'd want to do one big opening announcement for the new season. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
As far as this specific series goes, I find it to be a horrible replacement for Ristorante Paradiso, but that's just my personal opinion. At least, it's replacing a "mature" anime, though. |

Um, how so? I mean, I basically fell asleep during the first episode of Ristorante Paradiso it was so utterly bland, but have enjoyed the Aoi Hana manga quite a bit and have been looking forward to the anime adaptation for months now. |

Oooo, good. I was hoping that this would be simulcasted. Not a big fan of CR (I just don't like their video player), but it'll do.

I can, with out hesitation, assure you that Crunchyroll's video player streams smoother and in better quality than any other player used to stream anime on the internet, for me. I, honestly, can't imagine why you'd make that comment, unless you just don't like to watch streaming video.
-One. My reference to this replacing Ristorante refers only to the fact that it's taking over Ristorante's Noise time-slot on Fuji TV. The target demographics are all over the place with this switch, and it'll likely just punish the time-slot even further, tarnishing the reputation of both series in the long run. It's akin to the style of programming changes that goes on at [adultswim], in my humble opinion. -Two. Your enjoyment of the manga is your own personal sentiment. |

Well, it happens to air in the exact same timeslot as Ristorante on Fuji TV, so I wouldn't put the blame on CR for that one. |

Actually, the two manga are published in the exact same magazine. No demographic switch whatsoever. I thought after the first post you were bashing Aoi Hana, so I got a little defensive, but now I see you're just mistaken on the issue. |

-Actually, I was already aware that both of the mangas were published in Erotics F. There are plenty of anime that come from different mangas published in the same magazines, but that doesn't mean that the same people would be attracted to them. -With you, yourself, having already stated your dislike for the Ristorante anime and your enjoyment of Aoi Hana manga, I assumed that you would comprehend my statement about demographics; and furthermore assumed that you wouldn't need me to detail why a series centered around a mid-20s aged woman who's surrounded by attractive bespectacled elderly gentlemen, in a restaurant setting, might carry a significantly different mix of demographics than a series centered around two 15yr old girls who are recently united long-lost childhood friends, in a girl-love-filled high school setting. However, it seems that I was, indeed, "mistaken". -I just feel many of the people drawn to that time-slot for the past 3 months will turn a blind eye to it, now. Additionally, many who would love to see a show like Aoi Hana have likely been avoiding that time-slot for the past 3 months, and statistically won't discover the series before it's half over or finished. I'd detail further, but I grow bored of typing. @samuelp: Say what? Did you confuse my posts with someone else's? |

NOISE!, the block you speak of, actually started last fall with "Michiko to Hatchin" about an outlaw and a runaway trying to find the runaway's father. How is that anything like Ristorante? |
