Well, even though I had no reason to buy from them before, I definetly have no reason to consider it now.

What a shame to know a "reputable" company that prides itself on carrying all 100% licensed merchandise, sell bootleggs.
They said on their site they have "experts" who knows how to verify an item's authenticity. And they guarantee it. Guess, they're not so "expert" after all. |

Ha, glad you pointed that out. I just sent them the following email:
Are you aware that most of the anime that is sold in your store is bootlegged? Aside from a couple titles (those from the company FUNimation), all of your titles containing Chinese subtitles and region 0 encoding are bootlegs. I would like to suggest this site as a reference when making future purchases for your store. Let's see if they give me a reply. Emerje |

Well, after a bit of looking around I've confirmed that Toywiz sells bootlegs and have added them to the censor list, which is goign to make this thread look a little odd. |

Nope, no reply to my email other than an autoreply thanking me for my order. (what...?)
 I guess I'll add horrible customer service to my list of reasons to hate them...
