I'll definitely be getting Canaan on Blu-Ray. I might also get the Tears to Tiara BD and Kimikiss.

KimiKiss I wrote that series off as dead a long time ago as far as licensing was concerned.

Ah thanks for that. Very much looking forward to this then. Pretty awesome that they announce a show with a dub and on Blu-ray and it's coming so soon.

I really enjoyed kimikiss despite what it is.....probably wont buy it due to sentai's insane pricing but ill definitely watch it again if they decide (most likely will) to put it on TAN

Whoo! I've been holding off seeing Canaan for reasons I cannot fully understand. Now I can see it for all its splendor on my TV in only a few months. Looking forward to it.

What I really love about Section 23, is that they announce a series, and then they release it only 3 months later. Unlike....well, everyone else in the industry. (Funi...how long ago did you license Oh Edo Rocket???)

While I'm not interested in these new titles specifically, it's cool to see Sentai announce new licenses with a dub right outta the gate! I guess they just needed to gain some momentum before going back to their old dubbing ways...?

So a $50 MSRP for a 13-episode series is "insane pricing?" (Which means you'll probably be able to actually buy it for $35.) What do you consider "sane" pricing, then?

And don't give me comparisons to prices on second or third-pass box set releases, either. Prices are always going to be higher on first-run releases.

Key's right. Whenever S23 prices something, consider it $25 cheaper at a Best Buy.

Canaan's a blu-ray buy for me. But...uh...here's hoping Aksys might consider bringing 428 here...

F*CK YEAH BABY!!!! WHOOO WHOOO!!!! Oh gawd I can't wait!!! This is excellent news. Now I can finally finish the series. In the comfort of my home and ON MY GODDAMN TV SCREEN!!!

It's like a dream come true. I was so hoping that this would get picked up. I'm so glad they did.
