DDD seems to have some "anime books" for $6 each.

Yeah. I think those are the "graphic novels" they list when you type in searches, though I haven't really seen that much of a selection. Still, those are pretty good prices.

I thought DDD only sells Anime DVDs?...........I haven`t seen any manga on their site.

If you search for "anime book" you'll find their limited selection of manga.

Actually they sell all kinds of DVDs ranging from live action to, of course, anime. In addition to anime, they also sell some manga and (anime) soundtracks too.
Just type in a search for an anime title, and if they have it, it'll say "(so and so title) Graphic Novel" or something like that. Here's an example. Again, they don't have much of a selection, but I guess it's better to save a few dollars rather than pay full price.

Just do a search for "Anime Books" and it bring up all the manga. 6 dollar and free shipping = awesome. Almost half off.
Seem like they only carried ADV or CPM. No Viz, DArkhorse or Tokyopop. Full metal panic being the best books out of the bunch. If they can get a deal with Viz or Tokyopop, than thier selection would be bigger. |
