Nope all a big joke, has to be. Yamauchi, Kon and Kawamoto are all together laughing it up in...
...um, never mind.

Was this the equivalent of the hollywood death trifecta? This week sucks.

Were those the only puppet shows he did? 'Cus I remember one of the Bandai Visual people reminiscing about a show he had the toys for when he was a kid. R.I.P.

The moment I read "Passes Away," I just threw my hands into the air and yelled "What the ****?!"

May he rest in peace just as Kon and Yamauchi.

A DVD that collects some of his short films, "The Exquisite Short Films of Kihachiro Kawamoto" was released in the US, and another one with his feature "The Book of the Dead" is also available. While his style takes some time getting used too, I highly recommend checking out his work.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had a huge "WHAT THE ****?!" moment. This is not a good week for animators and the like... I'm sure they're all probably having a "WTF" moment up in heaven too.

May he rest in peace.

He is the third.
Rest in peace Kihachiro Kawamoto.
Hopefully there won't be any more deaths for a while now.....like I said before, famous people always go in sets of 3......
