There are 9 short ONA episodes, 12 short tv episodes, 12 episodes of a regular anime series (season 1), and season 2 (W) has currently had 8 episodes which with another 4 comming. Oh Nyaruko I don't think referencing School Days with Mahiro is a good idea.

Kuuko is the best. Nyarko is too over the top and hyperactive to be attractive, but Kuuko is adorably Deredere when she wants to be.
This was a much better episode, probably the best or second-best of the nine episodes broadcasted thus far. I enjoyed it a lot. I can listen to Norio Wakamoto say "Cyclone!" all day and not get tired of it. |

W, Episode 9
I strongly suspected the school issue had absolutely nothing to do with Kuune. well mostly when I remembered that all the major plot elements turn out to be something ridiculous. I actually saw the card game coming as it felt like something out of a childrens card game anime, but I did not see the cheating skill of Nyaruko as foreshadowing. Instead Kuune apparently was not paying attention due to her game, and did not even realize how she was stuck there. As for references, I caught the "spoiler[I'm wet!]" thing from HOTD, DragonBall kameha in the middle, likely Saki reference with spoiler[the Mahjong table] (sadly no lightning). spoiler[Agent Smith] was likely a reference to the Matrix (sadly no bullet dodging). Kuuko was adorable in this episode, Mahiro looked like he was even falling for her charms, I might even go into the Kuuko camp, although all three have their charms. Lol at even Shanta-kun spoiler[devastated over Kuuko kissing Mahiro]. |

Oh my, that spoiler[cheek kiss by Cthuko] was kinda cute. Otherwise, this series barely has my interest now with the occasional parodies and fun dialogues. |

W, Episode 10
I thought it was just funny that they referenced spoiler[Mars Attacks], but the real parody foreshadowing looked like it was spoiler[The War of the Worlds]. I had to seriously walk away when it was revealed that the spoiler[Mars Attacks reference and Nyaruko's ringtone was the real] foreshadowing. Also Nyaruko should have clearly understood what Shanta was saying. |

No, that's wrong. The evil aliens were already inoculated, remember? As was pointed out in the episode, the real foreshadowing was the weakness to music, A.K.A. Super Dimension Fortress Macross. |
