No offense to you, because I don't know you, but who cares what you think about the role of females in the comic industry?

To reply honestly: Because there are very few females working in the comics industry, so it's interesting to see how a member of a tiny minority sees things.

It's interesting to hear from anyone with even a slightly different P.O.V. who's working in the spandex part of the comics industry, because it's such an introverted, out of touch little world. It would be fun to dump in a creative type completely unfamiliar with the customs of that world, and get their reactions from struggling with the weirdness.
