Look, life is too short to go read the material every series being released is adapted from. If producers do not want me to assume, then why even bring up that word which has such a loaded connotation? |

I'm a big BTOOOM! fan so I'm really excited for this anime adaption. It should be decent if they don't wander from the original. Especially with the character designer from Baccano! and Durarara!!. Hmm, I'm noticing all the exclamation points... xD

Sharing the same script writer doesn't mean it will be like all the other works mentioned (what on earth would make somebody think so anyway). BTW, the manga has been existing for a while. Not much chance of writing a completely new story.
