New trailer, watch until the very end since there is a Romi Paku's message with a never heard before (and awesome) background music that, imho, will be the one that'll replace "Brothers" in the new anime!

Same day and time (this is epic indeed)
For those familiar with what Animax Asia did during the launch of ROD The TV two years ago with American English dub (and not some crappy third-party dub), that was an epic move. So this new announcement is also epic. Same goes for FMA Brotherhood..........except it won't be shown in Hong Kong for this month (aww  )
Instead, Gurren Lagaan will be shown instead (dual audio: Japanese or Cantonese audio with Chinese subtitles) |

Nothing is as beautiful as "Brothers"! Nothing! I'm glad they didn't replace the voices of Alex Louis Armstrong or Fuhrer King Bradley from the first series. They're so perfect in those roles. I can't wait for Bradley to do those little bits where he's all amiable and handing out melon as a gift. It certainly puts into sharp contrast what he does later. Was Romi Paku saying "parallel world" in the statement? Does that refer to the parallel world thing from the first series? |

I love "Brothers", but I want to be surprised.
Also, we should listen to the lyrics before telling... anyway, mine was just a thought, we can't even listen to the song well in the trailer!

"Brothers" is not the only piece the new composer will have to compete with. "Amestris", "Sin", and "Way Home", too. Of course, Oshima did sort of cheat by putting some Beethoven and Chopin in the soundtrack, but those pieces were used really well- Chopin's "Tristesse" has always been my favorite piece of music, and putting it where it was in that final episode helped make the experience.

Well, some people are already saying that the new music sounds like Mozart, so we are on the right road.
Anyway, I think that them, are composers, are more or less on the same level. |
