GE999 + CH. This is epic.

Someone please steal the streams for 999 and make a torrent or sth for us Europeans (kidding)...or, get the DVDs out soon. Together with LotGH, its the best the whole damn space opera genre can give us! (three cheers for Leijiverse!)... Very Happy

Well the selection looks nice, but I had hoped to watch Zatch Bell legally here. I never had to chance to watch the conclusion.

On another note, almost two years ago I heard Toei licensed Dragon Quest: Dai No Daiboken (Dai's Great Adventure). I take it either that news was incorrect because I've reasearched here and no English companies are involved with this series.

Is the Galaxy express they are referring to Galaxy express 999 and adieu Galaxy express 999?

If it is I certainly hope so because the last time I saw those two movies was when the sci-fi channel used to show anime very very late at night many many years ago.

No, it's most likely they're referring to the 113 episode series, not the movies.

Calm, Conan-san. This is Funi were talking about- they've been our friends for some time. I saw no reason to doubt them.
That is true, but you got to wonder if the win of Funi or the great arseholeness of Toei would win out in the end.

Doesn't make a lick of difrence for most people, as they would just get the fansubs for FoTNS and what have you (and don't kid yourself, there does exist fansubs for FoTNS and they're quite nice).

When FUNi finally get round to releasing the complete AMG second season here, then they will be my friend. Rolling Eyes
ADV are just as much in the wrong for that one as anyone else.

Yeah, but that's ancient history now. FUNi hold the rights and have said they are going to release it here, but they've been saying that for 9 months now.

Excuse me, ADV UK are just as in the wrong. Besides that, Funi need to swing it over at manga or *Gag* MVM first and I'm sure MVM is fighting tooth and nail to get it so they can charge £Waytomuch for it.

Good start, because it's not gonna happen.

It should though, sub only cheap releases could sell well around the world (and perhaps, make back the costs for the licensor). At least, I'd buy them as soon as they were out, and I can think a lot of my friends that would so too....and we are not even living in the R1 region...Anime hyper

We Europeans are going to steal the stream anyway...why not pay for it in the first place?...

I'm not disagreeing with you, I think they should be put on DVD as well, I just realize it's not happening.
