Baroque sold better on Wii than on PS2, and it, too, was a relatively obscure title like Sakura Wars.

You don't start the indiana jones movies with the crystal skull and so on. |
So you expect NISA to release a Saturn game with zero US name recognition and have it sell remotely non-crappily? Good luck with that.

DO WANT first 4 Sakura Taisen games in English and ported to PC. Russian translation sucks (we have 2 of 4 games localized currently, localizators decided not to buy 5th).
5th has nothing to do with previous ones: different stage, different characters - no bonds.
Also, AFAIK Sakura Taisen V sales were pretty bad in Japan, so I don't think it's a good idea to start from 5th.

Sakura Taisen V was one of the best selling games in the year of its release.
But compared to the other first 4 games it sold less.

Buying Sakura Wars 2 for the Dreamcast from a local seller tomorrow. He also has 3 and 4, but without case or manual. Hope he can get ones with.

Exactly. At least Sakura Wars was licensed to begin with. There are several games I wish game companies would license (i.e. Mother Three.) If you really want to play the first Sakura Wars, purcahse the one NISA licensed so there is more of a chance of them licensing the rest so the series.
Whining about it won't solve anything. But if the game sells well in the US, there is more of a chance NISA will release the rest of this series.
