For 10 Tokyo Warriors, MB wasn't able to re-license episodes 1 - 3. They decided to re-release episodes 4 - 6 in 1 set.

That's... so strange. Is there really a market for the 2nd half of a show? How many people would have bought the first half, sat on it, then once the 2nd half had been out of print decided they needed to complete it?

Ah, I thought the title had 12 epiesodes, not just six. Still very weird. First, how do you manage to have the rights to 4-6 and NOT 1-3? Only MB could pull off that doozy. I bet you anything that the 1-3 rights lapsed sooner than 4-6 and that's why MB could do this. Why they would do it is a whole other question unless they have some hopes of getting the rights to 1-3 in the future.

There are/were different companies handling both parts including the production committee.
ANN has both as one OVA series. There is a noticeable air date gap between episode 3 and 4 (see below).

- Episodes 1 - 3: July 23, 1999 to January 21, 2000
- Episodes 4 - 6: August 24, 2001 to January 25, 2002

The original DVD set (all 6 eps) is still fairly affordable via 3rd party venders. UPC is 631595041378.

via TRSI (listed under Kitty Media):

- Ladies versus Butlers: Undressed Edition (Blu-ray) - 320 minutes - $39.99 - 7/5/22
Quote:
Ladies Versus Butlers: Undressed Edition contains episodes 1-12 of the anime series directed by Atsushi Ootsuki plus 6 short mini-episodes considered too risque for the general release version!

For the first time, the controversial, blush-inducing Ladies Vs. Butlers! bonus episodes are included in this special edition Kitty blu-ray release. In addition to the series’ twelve-episodes, the Undressed edition includes the infamous six mini-episodes uncut and dubbed into English!

Those?!

The show is actually a good ecchi comedy if you can stand the trope of the boy accidentally falling into boobs and crotches hand first.
But this is not worth a double dip. .
Torrented them before the show was available. The shorts are just poorly animated interview segments where each girl takes their tops off and does some jiggling. What I remember most was how they had no idea how large boobs move.

Never heard of CODE-E before but doesn't sound like something I'd be interested in. It's an older (2007), obscure title but it is nice to see MB do something other than re-release one of its previous tltles for the billionth time.

@Blood-

I've never heard of CODE-E before either. This probably explains why Media Blasters was able to license the show. The Encyclopedia does not indicate that any other English speaking company has been involved with it.
