I figured that one would be hard, it has only a few views and according to a search I did, only 2 people who have played this game have it on their public lists, and I haven't seen either in a long time. That counts as a bonus hint.
Real hint:spoiler[Do those flight suits look familiar? They get recycled into Martian Successor Nadesico. One of the high level staff members on MSN had small job in this show, but it seems he had enough influence that his flight suits were in both shows.] |

Is that spoiler[Satsuki Toreishi from Idol Defense Force Hummingbird]? Hopefully I picked the right character, as I haven't viewed any of that anime other than in a music video (which happens to be my favorite AMV, but which doesn't show the characters in their flight suits).

Yes it is. spoiler[Keiji Gotoh] is the staffer. He's credited with Animation Assistant but according to the source on the credit (作画協力), I wonder if it should be something more like Animation Co-operation, implying that he did something more supervisory.
