Looks like Alibaba was bored without Aladdin.
At least he did something good with his treasure. Aladdin met some interesting new friends. Those Kou empire people were not very nice. Seems like Aladdin always shows up somewhere where people need help. That Granny was really nice and has some interesting things to say. |

Wow, dat giant topless elf djinn. My interest, among other things, has risen back up for this anime. Gotta love when kid shows implant raunch and sexuality like it's nobody's business. Digimon did it with several of the humanoid digimon, Precure did it recently with that Majorina character, One Piece has always had Nami (they just keep growing). I've always liked that kid anime never shied from body parts, like western cartoon censored forced the animators to. I remember lots of slight sexual reference on Animaniacs which could have been a lot more blatant if not for censoring, which the Warners sometimes alluded to.

Yeah, it's pretty nice what kid shows in Japan can show and not shy away from or beat around the bush. I hope we get a doujin or two of her, or at least some CG sets. Blue boobs are great.

Was the only thing worth discussing be the topless Djinn, though not really much happened. We learned some sort of lesson, but rather standard really, guess just sick of Aladin by himself.

well...that was an interesting Djinn. It's almost like the author thought "Hmmm, I wonder if I can make a character SOOOO fanservicey that the doujin-ka and fanartists just won't bother?" Time will tell
Anyway, kind've uneventful, though it did help expand some stuff about the Kou Empire, but it really goes to show that Aladdin needs someone to act alongside because he's just TOO weird to relate to. |

Episode 6
spoiler[Morgiana joined a nice bunch of girls, good for her. Seeing slaves again really got to her. Flashbacks from her past were far from pleasant. It's still amazing that such a small girl could do so much damage. From one slavery to another.... she pushed her luck too far. I'm glad she overcame her fears. It's lucky Aladdin was there to help out.] |

Episode 6
Best episode of the series yet imo. Morgania gets so much insight as well as bringing the good fight out of her. I liked it! I enjoyed watching her kick ass this episode and delivering some justice. Overall, a nice episode with a lot of action. |

Episode 6
A rather good Morgiana episode this time. She spoiler[joined with a caravan to get to a port so she can get home, she very thankful for the kindness of her new friends]. But the path is spoiler[blocked by thieves, now we don't have a number of how many there are, but I will pretend that there are forty of them]. Morgiana's attempt was good at spoiler[stopping them, but she is done in by a dirty slave trader, we get a look at Morgiana's scars, the emotional ones, we get a pretty horrific scene of a child dangled above hyeenas]. But a very emotionally charged scene we have Morgiana spoiler[cast aside the shackles still in her mind, and break the "unbreakable" shackles on her ankles. I have not seen a cooler breaking of chains] since Astraea, which was epic for those who have not watched Forte. She then spoiler[scares off the beasts just by yelling, beats up deadly tigers, then confronts the disgusting trader who she merely asks for the keys], mercy he did not deserve. The spoiler[thieves are ruined] and it turns out spoiler[Aladin was among the captured, and he was friends with Morgiana's friends, funny how they meet like that]. Now journey on, now with spoiler[Morgiana and Aladin together, don't see how Morgiana is a too long a name though.] |

Episode 7
spoiler[Aladdin and Morgiana traveling together. Can't wait to see all three of them together. So they picked up Sin and arrived to Balbadd. At least they got a free stay at an expensive hotel. That Sin was just too carefree.. Yet another explanation of rukh energy and Magi. The fog troupe problem was rather serious. Why would Alibaba rob people when he got all that wealth and title? Maybe it's something that in his blood... guess we'll find out next time.] |

Nice to see Sinbad finally debut in the series. The real deal is here. Although not much happened imo, I liked Sinbad's personality. That fight at the end was alright but whoa, is that who I think it is behind those ropes?!?! |
