How did I know there would be Macross Plus AND Megazone 23 references in this thread?

Well anyway the whole event sounds amazing. This could not have happened without the recording and music industry placing so many bets on Miku's popularity. But the fans have shown that they really like what she's become. I think this whole virtual idol thing will really go far.
