The DRM is pointless... anyone with an interest in bypassing it will easily do so. All it does is makes things more awkward for normal paying customers.

Otherwise, sounds good.

Why would someone print 20+ pages of a book?

Much easier to anotate printed copies. And they're far nicer to read than looking at a screen. The copy/paste restriction is sensible as well, it stops you being able to easily plagirise the book but still alows a fair amount of quotes to easily be taken.

DRM is so you have to break it to make unauthorised copies, makes it easier to prosecute those who do use the service unlawfuly. Although badly implemented DRM can cause problems with using it as intended.
