It depresses me to think Escaflowne came out 15 years ago. Still, love her voice, and love her even more when she collaborates with Yoko Kanno.

She's insanely pretty. I've been her die hard fan since 'kiseki no umi'. Wish I could see her live shows.

Maaya Sakamoto is the one VA whose career I've followed from the beginning with Escaflowne. She's done amazingly well for herself.

I hope this BEST collection album will introduce her to the casual music fans in Japan. She's been working so hard for a decade and deserves success over the other mainstream artists.
