Good to see Doraemon keep doing well.
Not surprised about Haruhi thought, felt it was struggling

I wouldn't necessarily say that the Haruhi movie dropped off the chart. The possibility exists that Kadokawa set the movie to stop reporting weekend earnings after 8 weeks. I doubt the movie would've earned less than $4,722 (the amount that the 17th place movie earned this weekend) because that would be a catastrophic weekend losing more than $144,000 in one weekend. Not to mention that they added another theatre this week and are adding more throughout the month, so obviously it's still doing well.

Wow, the Haruhi movie was heavily outperformed...I guess Haruhi isn't as popular as I thought in Japan. I expected it to have a much larger audience than what its figures indicate.

To be fair, it was only shown on 12(13?) screens.
