Have you seen the the preview manga? One of the girls introduced herself with "Hi, I'm Panty/Stocking (dunno which), I like booze and having sex with guys!" And they use their panties/stocking (respectively) to fight.

So yeah.



I can't see this being filled with upskirts. The art style is like powerpuff girls and the fighting with underwear thing is actually fighting with a gun and a sword.

I think you missed the part of the advertisement where the guys are watching Panties take off her panties and pretty much drooling. It looks pretty obvious that it's going to be a raunchier version of the PPGs.
