This movie may follow Alphonse or Edwards journey, it would be intresting to see ed have to use his wits and not alchemy.

Or it could show more of ed&winry & Al&may.

I doubt it will be a sequel, because spoiler[Ed lost his ability of alchemy at the end of the series], so It would be kinda meaningless.

Hence why he wants to go learn Alkahestry...
I hope this movie is going be as epic as brotherhood was.

Er no that was Al spoiler[Ed can no longer do alchemy of any kind and this includes Alkahestry.]

Live action? They want to do FMA live action? No freakin' way! Peguintruth, you predicted it! Now let's get some good actors to play Ed and Winry. I hear Jackson Rathbone and Nicola Peltz are free...
This better be a troll.
(Did they really do a live-action Negima?)

Obviously, Edward Elric will be played by Gibby from iCarly. Or Speed Racer's kid brother from that live-action movie.

Thanks for the link!
*Goes to YouTube*

That's a real trailer? It looks fan-made.

But if there was any doubt before that Negima is just a rip off a certain British book series, well that score doesn't disprove it...

Have you actually read the Negima manga, it's not really like Harry Potter.

"Lol, wut?" is what came to mind. Knowing how it ends, I don't see where the end can go any further; wouldn't they have to drop the main title if it is an after-series thing considering spoiler[Edward is no longer an alchemist and he was the Fullmetal Alchemist...].

^^ Neh, neh, well I'll likely watch it anyway no mater what the movie is about....rehash, filler, or after-series

I've seen some good live action films based on manga, namely Lovely Complex and Honey and Clover. But they worked because they were based on manga that had an all-Japanese cast and romcom plots that require no special effects.

Why don't they adapt it into a crazy stage musical like they did with Bleach, Prince of Tennis, and who-knows-how-many-shonen-manga instead? Then it'll be at least crazy-bad in a really funny way! Laughing

Plus, if the Terazuka Revue does it, Ed'll have a real good reason for looking like a girl! It'll be really great! Wink

Dun dun DUNNN.

Well if they were going to make the Brotherhood movie a live action film. They should atleast cast some (if not, a good portion) of the English dub voice cast for some of the roles. Possibly cast Vic Mignogna to play Ed in the live action since he already made a fan video, Fullmetal Fantasy, where he and some of the other English voice actors cosplayed their characters.

I think they probably want talented actors for the movie.

Also, Edward is a young teen. Vic is, what, forty?
