Well, both of those are pretty average when it comes to sales...

I blame Viz for not giving them enough attention. With a bit of TLC, One Piece was able to spring onto the list, so why can't they?

Be happy: NO OEL on the list this week! Remember last week had the Warriors and Labyrinth?

This is true. Plus, it's only vol.1 so there's still time for it to beat it.

Viz never cares about manga in Shonen Jump Advanced (Which Gintama and Reborn is in). They hardly even advertise it in the magazine (except for Gin Tama). Death Note was popular though. But thats Death Note.

I kinda have to disagree with this statement. Viz was advertising Nora: The Last Chronicle a lot in their magazine. Heck, even in the August 2010 issue, there's a page that's advertising for Nora. Also, Nora is also a Shoen Jump Advance title. Maybe it's just me since I love Nora and I have friends who like it, etc.

Oh come on, Gintama gets a bimonthly release, that's more than we can say about a lot of series' schedule. I think Viz is handling that series well enough. Increased exposure would only do so much, I don't think it's one of those series that will appeal to a mass audience. I've got all 19 volumes out so far (and the first DVD set, need to order set 2 soon) so I've definitely supported the series.

D. Gray-man is a SJA title and the latest volumes are usually on the bestseller list for weeks.
