I wonder what this translates to in non business speak? I have a guess but I am not sure if it's accurate or not.

My guess, he feels he isn't paid enough or wants to quit because the work load is becoming more and more stressful.

I think it is more "don't take my leaving as a sign the ship is sinking".

I'll join with the chorus that there's really nothing to read into this other than Rob wanting to find another challenge. He's an ambitious guy. Has always been in the years I've known him. He'll find something more interesting to keep himself challenged for sure.

Bleach is rumored to be ending soon, either the end of this season or next season. If it doesn't then they're in slightly better shape.

I highly, highly doubt that Bleach is ending anytime soon. And the "rumor" is only around because the group that performs the new ending theme made a badly worded post on a blog that they probably shouldn't have. They're doing the new theme for the "end of the arc", not the end of the series. It'll probably be going into filler hell, or hopefully, a filler arc that ties into the latest movie. The new manga arc is really showing promise, and I don't see the anime just stopping like that...
As for the rest of your post, well said.
